The History
The Cossignani family has been cultivating these lands for more than a century and with Saturnino Cossignani in the 1950s the estate decidedly oriented itself towards quality production, ever since through the application of targeted techniques that respect the territory, such as permanent grassing of the rows. Today the grandchildren Letizia and Edoardo carry on the family tradition with love and creativity, focusing on the production of Classic Method sparkling wines of great precision and elegance.
Terroir & Winery
The great harmony of an uncontaminated countryside, the four hectares of Pecorino and Sangiovese vineyards, the ancient art of refermentation in the bottle, give life to the two products of the Cossignani brothers, a Blanc de Blancs and a Rosè.
