Dalle Nostre Mani is a winery located in the Fucecchio hills, between Pontedera and Empoli, in Tuscany. This project is the result of an ancient friendship born since childhood between Lapo Tardelli (agronomist) and Giulio Wilson Rossetti (oenologist). From the beginning, the goal was to produce authentic, artisanal wines that truly represented the territory and the native varieties grown in Tuscany for centuries.

The History
In 2005 Lapo and Giulio took the initiative to renovate old vineyards in the Cerbaie area. Many of these plots had been abandoned due to low yields, which were no longer profitable on the market. With their commitment and the collaboration of 14 local elders, these ancient vineyards have been brought back to life and have been converted into organic farming.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards constitute a precious collection of the ampelographic memory of the region, also representing an agronomic cultural heritage. Each phase of work in the vineyard, mowing the grass, pruning, thinning and harvesting, is carried out manually with great care. In the winery we follow a light oenological approach, with the minimum intervention necessary.
