The History
Damiano has been in charge of the winery since 2001, which has been owned by the family for generations, together with his partner Letizia, a talented and experienced winemaker; Damiano was responsible for the first bottling of the family wine, which his father and grandfather sold in bulk in the capital, and it is thanks to his influence that today the winery is considered among the most interesting companies in the Lazio region.
Terroir & Winery
The 6 hectares of vineyards are located between 350 and 400 meters above sea level, on red soil of volcanic origin, and are cultivated following organic farming and using biodynamic preparations; in the winery the fermentations are spontaneous, and cement containers and large oak barrels are used for vinification and refinement.
