The Di Vaira family has lived in Bolgheri since 1950 and Dario grew up in this area, developing a deep bond with his land. After obtaining a degree in viticulture and oenology in 2008, he chose to transform the family business, until then dedicated to mixed agriculture, focusing on viticulture. His goal is to produce wines that are inspired by the excellence of Bolgheri, but which at the same time reflect his identity and that of the lands that his family has cultivated for generations.
