Full of energy and enthusiasm, Camille Paquet is the youngest of the Paquet brothers. Driven by the desire to produce wine in his own way in all respects, he broke away from the family, already owners of the Domaine des Valanges in Davayé, purchasing some vineyards within the Pouilly-Fuissé denomination and founding the Domaine that bears his name .

The History
Camille, who graduated in oenology from the University of Beaune, began his career working in major wineries in France and later in Australia. After a few years, he made the decision to return to Burgundy, starting to work in the family business. Strongly wanting to produce wine in his own way, after purchasing some parcels in the Mâconnais, he established his Domaine in 2015.
Terroir & Winery
The agricultural practices followed by Camille are attentive to respecting the land and the environment surrounding the vineyards. For this reason, chemical interventions are reduced to a minimum, preferring the use of organic fertilizers. Camille pays great attention to every stage of the production process and is passionately committed to ensuring the creation of high quality products. All Chardonnay in the Pouilly-Fuissé declination.
