Domaine Colette Gros

Domaine Colette Gros is located in the small village of Lantignié, in the Chablis area. It is owned by the Gautheron family, Chablis winemakers for five generations, who began quality production with René in 1953, up to the current management with Alain and his wife Cyril. Eighteen hectares in total, of which six in the renowned Premier Cru Forneaux, where the chalky soil reigns supreme. Old vines grown organically and so-called “Lutte Raisonnée” processes, i.e. with minimal human intervention, are the secrets of the two Chablis produced by the Domaine.
