Domaine d’Aupilhac

Sylvain Fadat and his wife Désirée are deeply linked to the world of viticulture and terroir. Both descended from families of winemakers, they founded their winery just over twenty years ago in Montpeyroux, about thirty kilometers north-west of Montpellier. Their vineyard extends over 26 hectares and includes two distinct terroirs: the terraces facing south-west near the lieu-dit Aupilhac, which gives the winery its name because it originates from there, and the Cocalières area, characterized by a cooler climate due to the altitude.
