Domaine Francois Rousset-Martin

Originally from the Jura, Francois Rousset-Martin grew up in Beaune, where a true passion for wine and vines was born in him. After studying oenology and biology, in 2007 he took over the family estate in the Jura, a few kilometers south of Château-Chalon, where his grandfather grew grapes for delivery, but always vinified part of them for use in the family. Upon his arrival, he began collaborating with the local cooperative, while at the same time making a small part of his own production; evidently the first experiments were more than encouraging and in 2018 he definitively left the cooperative to personally make wine from his 10 hectares.
