Domaine Frantz Saumon

A former forest ranger in France and Canada, Frantz Saumon was struck by the wine trail and in 2001 purchased a small property of 3 hectares planted with Chenin Blanc, which today has become 6, with old, even centuries-old vines. The surface is made up of five different lands, so that Frantz has very different plots at his disposal, even in such a small space; for the rest, little intervention and spontaneous fermentations without the use of external additives.
