Domaine Gérard Fiou has been managed since 2013 by the young Florent Bourgeois. His family heritage as winemakers and his career as a winemaker in several wineries around the world have allowed him to develop and perfect his viticulture and winemaking techniques to offer wines from an exceptional and rare flint terroir, which are among the best wines of Sancerre.
