Domaine Guinot expresses the union and complicity between a father, Daniel, and his two daughters Emilie and Laurence. The Domaine is located in Maligny, 8km north of Chablis and one of 19 villages to benefit from the famous appellation.
Daniel settled in 1971 on approximately 2 hectares of Chablis vineyards with the help of his father and grandfather. Subsequently, in 1975, he expanded the Domaine onto 3 hectares of the Premier Cru Fourchaume and Homme Mort vineyards. Over the course of 40 years the property expanded to 20 hectares, and most notably his daughters Emilie and Laurence joined Daniel.
Thanks to a privileged south-west exposure and limestone-clay soils, the village of Maligny, located on the right bank of the Serein river, produces rich, mineral wines with great balance.
