Paul-Henri and Charles Thillardon are two brothers who have been producing artisanal wines in Chenis in Beaujolais since 2008; from the beginning they practiced organic farming, later integrated with biodynamic practices, together with the help of two horses to plow the land; cooling of the harvested grapes, whole bunch vinification, without oenological interventions, pumping over or punching down, with calibrated maceration on the skins and vertical pressing with a manual wooden press. Guaranteed freshness and juiciness.
