Small winery Biodynamic Organic

The Dornach estate is located in Salorno, in the Adige Valley; here Patrick Uccelli, winemaker and oenologist, and his wife Karoline, biologist, take care of vineyards, vegetable gardens and animals, lovingly protecting their small ecosystem and the biodiversity that populates it; in 2008 they decided to start producing their wine, through organic and biodynamic practices in the field and natural vinification in the winery.
