The History
The estate was founded in the nineties thanks to Fausto Consiglio, who aimed to recover the ancient Syracuse tradition of Moscato di Siracusa, one of the first Sicilian wines to obtain the DOC in 1973, but which then disappeared over the years. 2001 is the first vintage produced and today Olaf, Fausto’s son, collects and carries forward with passion the fruits of that bet which was fully won.
Terroir & Winery
The seven hectares of vineyards, cultivated organically, are located on gentle hills at 50 meters above sea level, where the sea breezes completely reach the vines, rooted in clayey soils. Integrity and natural wines that express themselves without compromise.
