Domaine Fontaine Goby is a family-run winery located in the Chablis area. Since its foundation, the winery has stood out for its respectful approach towards nature and biodiversity, adopting organic and biodynamic cultivation methods. The production philosophy of Domaine Fontaine Goby is based on minimal intervention in the winery, favoring the use of indigenous yeasts and limiting the addition of sulphites, in order to enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the terroir and the grapes.
