The History
The Agricole Gussalli Beretta group was founded with the aim of creating a highly prestigious wine-growing hub. This ambitious project was started with the Azienda Agricola Lo Sparviere in Franciacorta and was subsequently consolidated through investments in other areas of relevance in the field of Italian oenology. In 2013 it was the turn of Fortemasso, a splendid estate in Monforte d’Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.
Terroir & Winery
To the initial property of 5 hectares planted with Nebbiolo from Barolo, the same number was added for the production of Dolcetto, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barbera d’Alba. Extreme attention to the vineyard and a light hand in the winery allow us to keep the characteristic traits of the vines intact.
