Hughes Beguet – Big Bunch Theory

Big Bunch Theory is a project by Domaine Hughes Beguet, micro-producer in Mesney in Jura; was born from friendship with the Landron family and is expressed with some labels that come from a small plot in Ancenis, in the Loire Valley, where Beguet was able to experiment with vines such as Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet) and Gamay; the producer’s philosophy remains the same: natural viticulture, spontaneous fermentations, minimal use of sulphites.
