Jauma

Jauma is the project of James Erskine, former award-winning sommelier and leading judge at wine events, who after working in Japan, England and Germany decided to return to Australia and study oenology; James purchased an organic cherry farm in the Adelaide Hills in 2018, where he then began planting vineyards and making his own wine. In a short time it has become a reference for Australian artisanal wines. Its wines contain only fermented organic grape juice and nothing else.
