The products of Jean Philippe Fichet
The History
Jean-Philippe represents the third generation of winemakers in his family. In 1981, thanks to the transfer of one of his father’s sharecropping contracts, he managed to create his own vineyard, relying on the owners’ premises and equipment. At 20 he produced his first vintage. After three years he managed to own his own winery and in the end, in 2002, he also purchased the land that had been rented until then.
Terroir & Winery
The great work of micro-mapping his parcels allows Jean-Philippe to vinify them separately to enhance their characteristics, then making the most of this variety for blends. Chardonnay and a part of Pinot Noir for the reds, grown naturally and vinified without invasive interventions.
