Julien Courtois is the son of Claude Courtois (Les Cailloux du Paradis), from whom he learned the skills and sensitivity towards natural oenology; he began his own adventure in 1998 with the Le Clos de la Bruyère vineyard and today manages four and a half hectares in Soings-en-Sologne. As he likes to say, “From the vine to the bottle, without compromises”.
