The History
Rodolfo and Tiziano, the first agronomist and the second oenologist, seventh generation of winemakers, took over their father’s property in the 1980s and completely reset the production philosophy, thanks also to careful research that allowed them to map their land in detail. Today the wines of La Cadalora stand out for their elegance, finesse and complexity and are unanimously recognized as significant expressions of their territory.
Terroir & Winery
Today La Cadalora can count on approximately 12 hectares of vineyards, located on the most beautiful hills of the Santa Margherita basin. The vineyards are located at heights ranging from 180 to 350 meters, and the choice of vines was made based on the characteristics of the different soils, formed in successive phases by the action of the lateral streams.
