La Cuverie

Located on the Coteaux de Vallière in Saint-Martin-du-Mont in the Ain, the estate vineyard extends over five hectares managed and certified in organic farming. 1800 plants of 12 different species were planted on the estate, to create a microclimate through hedges and trees, limiting temperature variations and protecting the vines from climatic risks, and diversifying production with fruit trees. The vinifications are as natural as possible, without the use of additives and with the use of indigenous yeasts; the refinement takes place in neutral vats and if wood is used these are old barrels which do not alter the characteristics of the wines. La Cuverie’s philosophy responds to a particular raison d’être: “respect for the environment, consideration of people and heritage through innovative, playful and inclusive actions”.
