La Palazzina
In Vercelli, on a small patch of hill of just over three hectares, a winning combination: Nebbiolo, locally called Spanna, which gives elegance and power, Croatina which gives richness, Vespolina perfume and finesse. The skilled hand of Leonardo Montà and an ideal terroir gave the magical touch.

The products of La Palazzina
The History
Leonardo Montà inherited the great passion for viticulture from his grandmother Maria, and from the family the seventeenth-century building with three hectares of vineyards attached. On 20 November 1986 the La Palazzina agricultural winery was founded, where two very important labels were created: the Bramaterra DOC and the Coste della Sesia Rosso DOC.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards extend over hilly terrain at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, surrounded by woods. They grow on soil composed of pebbles, sand and volcanic rock, benefiting from notable temperature variations; the environment is piedmont-type, but is sheltered from the cold northern currents thanks to the proximity of Monte Rosa.
