Les Cailloux Du Paradis

Les Cailloux du Paradis is located in Soings-en-Sologne, in the Loire; the owner is Claude Courtois, considered among the precursors of the so-called “natural wines” in France, who after the fire that destroyed his vineyards in Provence in 1991, found in Soings-en-Sologne the perfect place to start again: two hectares of old vineyards in a natural landscape surrounded by woods; today he produces together with one of his sons Étienne Courtois, while the other Julien Courtois has chosen his own project, not far from the family farm.
