Marabino
Marabino was born in 2002 in the heart of the Val di Noto, in the Buonivini district, and fits fully into the winemaking tradition of the Noto area; on these low hills a few kilometers from the sea, in one of the sunniest areas in Europe, Marabino grows Nero d’Avola and Moscato Bianco, entirely organic with a biodynamic approach; the grapes are harvested when fully ripe and the musts ferment spontaneously with their own indigenous yeasts, without any use of additives; the wines obtained are a full expression of the territory from which they arise.
