Mariam Iosebidze

One of the smallest traditional artisan wine producers in Georgia and one of the very few Georgian wines made by a woman; a few rows of Tavkveri grapes planted on rocky slopes, spontaneous vinification and traditional maceration, no external products used; less than a thousand bottles produced per year.
