Family-run agricultural reality that produces natural wines from biodynamic agriculture. Stefano Menti is the fourth generation of winemakers who have been working their Garganega vineyards in Gambellara, in the countryside between Vicenza and Verona, since the end of the nineteenth century. Stefano’s goal is to produce “good old wine”, healthy and reminiscent of the unique flavors of the past.

Terroir & Winery
The soils are of volcanic origin, characterized by the presence of basalts and tuffs, rocks very rich in minerals and which strongly characterize the wines of the area. The use of biodynamics in the field contributes to further increasing the fertility of the land, with the use of cornolet manure and the practice of green manure. Maximum naturalness reigns in the winery, with the exclusive use of native yeasts, also for the refermentation in the bottle of the Classic Method.
