Two brothers who approached wine out of passion and within a short time transformed this passion into work. The winery is located among the hills of the ancient Roman city Mevania, now Bevagna (PG), and the winery looks to the East: the name “Mevante” was born from the union of these two elements.

The History
Paolo and Antonella Presciutti, two young Roman brothers with Umbrian origins, are so passionate about the world of wine and their land of origin that they took over this winery built in 2003 and turned their dream into reality. The great quality of the products testifies to the authenticity of their choice.
Terroir & Winery
The winery is divided into two floors, taking advantage of this structure to carry out decanting by gravity, reducing stress on the wine and preserving the aromas. The aging environments, located underground, maintain naturally controlled temperatures and humidity, promoting slow and sustainable aging with very low energy consumption.
