Producing wine in Marano di Valpolicella has always been Bruno’s dream; together with his children he is making it happen. The authenticity of the wines is the result of an uncompromising passion that led to the choice to grow only the native grapes of Valpolicella Classica: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.

The History
Bruno Tommasi was the first in the family to become passionate about the world of wine and to dream of having his own winery. He passed this love on to his children Silvano, Maurizio, Valentina and his nephew Nicolò with whom he now manages the Monte Castelon winery. The family takes care of all phases of the wine process: from cultivation to winemaking up to subsequent marketing.
Terroir & Winery
The soil, largely calcareous-clayey with a significant presence of rock and stone, extends over an area of seven hectares in a hilly area facing south. The altitude varies between 400 and 530 meters above sea level.
