Morra Gabriele

Morra Gabriele was the maternal grandfather of Gabriele Testa, born in 1981, who together with Stefano Campaniello, born in 1983, today manages the winery; his grandfather had taken over this small traditional Piedmontese winery, “Already Pautasso Vini since 1880”, as the label states. Stefano and Gabriele met and became partners in 2013: Stefano, who has always been in the restaurant business, was manager of the room where Gabriele was a customer. The cultivated area is made up of one and a half hectares of old vines; the work in the field is natural and biodynamic, and allows us to bring healthy ripe bunches to the winery, which do not require corrective agents and chemical products in the winemaking phase, and ferment spontaneously thanks to the yeasts present on the grapes.
