The products of Norina Pez
The History
The origin dates back to grandfather Giovanni Bernardis, born in Dolegna in the early 1900s, with his grandmother Adriana and their children. Initially, the winery included viticulture, cereal cultivation and livestock farming. In the 1970s, Giuseppe Bernardis and Norina Pez decided to focus exclusively on the production and marketing of wine, improving vineyard management techniques. Today we are in the third generation with Stefano Bernardis, an established winemaker who manages to harmonize tradition and innovation well.
Terroir & Winery
The use of pesticides and pesticides is avoided in the field and no insecticide treatments are carried out, thus preserving the fauna and useful insects present in the vineyard. Modern winemaking and wine conservation techniques are carried out in the winery, always being careful not to compromise its expressiveness and quality.
