Fabrizio produces only local wines that have their roots in the varied terroir of Roero and which reflect it in every glass that is tasted. The family-run winery is located in Canale, the focal center of Roero, in the Madonna dei Cavalli hamlet.

The History
The winery was founded with his father Oreste in the 1960s and, like many typical Roero companies, managed multiple agricultural productions. Over time it was decided to invest most of the resources in new vineyard areas. The decisive turning point occurred in 1997 when, with the arrival of his son Fabrizio, the winery footprint, the type of processing in the vineyard and the organization of the winery were modified.
Terroir & Winery
The soils, younger and less compact than those of the Langa, are mainly made up of marine sands and grey-blue clays. The estate consists of two vineyards planted with Barbera, from which the same number of wines take their name, and other plots of Arneis and Nebbiolo.
