Clos de Tue Boeuf is a historic estate in central Loire, linked to the Puzelat family since the 15th century. In the early nineties Thierry Puzelat and his brother Jean-Marie left their professions and decided to take over the family estate, giving it an absolutely artisanal feel characterized by natural processes both in the vineyard and in the winery, inspired by the principles of biodynamics. Thierry’s talent was also expressed in the Négoce experience he had together with Olivier Bonhomme, which gave many small biodynamic winemakers the opportunity to sell their grapes to those who knew how to valorise them.
