Quarticello is located in Val d’Enza, on the Reggio bank of the stream of the same name that divides the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The winery was founded in 2001 in the “Quarticello” area of ​​Montecchio Emilia when Roberto Maestri discovered his passion for viticulture and decided to become a farmer. Following various experiences in the winery, in 2006 he began vinifying his own grapes and producing the first sparkling wines with natural refermentation in the bottle. Organic and biodynamic agriculture, natural winemaking, lots of tradition and passion.
