It is the teaching winery of the oenologist Piero Cella, together with his wife Luciana. A constantly evolving winery, Quartomoro wants to be a mix of experiences and cultures, and the symbol of Sardinian biodiversity and its numerous synergies. The commitment is aimed at preserving the integrity of natural processes, enhancing the use of artisanal tools, inherited from grandparents, to best express all the varietal characteristics of the grapes.

The History
The winery was founded in 2009 in Arborea, in the province of Oristano, with a strong commitment to research and experimentation. Piero Cella, wine consultant for various companies in Sardinia, aims to promote the excellence and richness of the Sardinian territory through wine production.
Terroir & Winery
The Quartomoro estate extends over 15 hectares and cultivates numerous traditional vines, distributed in different areas of Sardinia with very different pedological and climatic characteristics. To preserve this richness of terroir and variety, Piero Cella works in a clean and respectful way with the grapes. The intent is precisely to make the most of the extraordinary richness of Sardinian varieties and its many unique terroirs.
