Ronco Dei Tassi
Fabio Coser and his wife Daniela are the supporters of this small winery born in Cormons, near the Plessiva natural park, where flora and fauna are completely spontaneous and wild. The name of the Ronco dei Tassi winery was born from the presence of the yews who become greedy consumers during the period in which the grapes are ripe, and from the particular layout of the vineyards in well-exposed terraces called “ronchi”.

The History
Son of art with a diploma obtained in Conegliano in 1975, Fabio Coser shared his skills with leading Friulian companies for many years, before deciding to start his own business. In 1989, together with his wife Daniela, he purchased a land of approximately nine hectares, of which four were cultivated with vineyards, in Cormons, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano. Today that the hectares have become thirty of which eighteen are under vineyards, they can also count on the help of their sons Matteo and Enrico.
Terroir & Winery
With eighteen hectares of vineyards and over twelve hectares of woodland, this estate is located on the edge of the Plessiva Natural Park, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, at altitudes between 400 and 200 meters above sea level. The combination of vineyard surface and forest, together with non-invasive agricultural practices, allows for truly eco-sustainable viticulture.
