San Ferdinando

San Ferdinando is an agricultural winery in the Val di Chiana, in the heart of Tuscany; it was purchased in 1998 by the Grifoni family who made it a symbol of local tradition, with the recovery and valorization of native vines and the cultivation of olive trees. In the field, insecticides and herbicides have been abolished, in the winery the fermentations are spontaneous and no additives are used; the use of sulfur dioxide has been reduced to a minimum.
