San Fereolo

San Fereolo is the winery of Nicoletta Bocca, who arrived in the nineties from Milan to Dogliani, in Borgata Valdibà; here he learned everything from his neighboring winemakers and as he acquired skills in the art of winemaking he tried to carve out his own interpretative space; the winery was born in 1992, with the first plot and the first production; step by step Nicoletta purchased other vineyards scattered between Dogliani and Monforte d’Alba, increasingly refining her work and embracing biodynamics, with minimal interventions in the field and in the winery.
