The History
Ivano and Paola created this small estate in 2012, starting from old vines, even centuries old, cultivated using the ancient form of majorina cultivation, which however does not allow them to adhere to the Boca DOC specifications.
Terroir & Winery
The lands of Boca are part of the Monte Fenera Natural Park and are made up of volcanic porphyry, basalts and sands. The vines are trained using majorina, an ancient form of training that requires completely manual work, and have very low yields. Only perfectly ripe and healthy grapes are used, vinified in a natural way, without triggering or accelerating fermentation.
