Silvano Bolmida

The Silvano Bolmida farm is located in Monforte d’Alba in the Bussia area, one of the most esteemed cru sub-areas of Barolo. Five hectares of vineyard with low yields, where frequent tillage of the soil ensures not only mature weeding, but also good oxygenation and organic turnover in the deeper layers. The harvest, carried out manually, carefully follows the evolution of the analytical and polyphenolic values ​​of each single portion of the vineyard, in order to produce wines where extractive richness mixed with elegance is a concept already present in every single bunch.
