Sincette
Le Sincette is located in the municipality of Polpenazze del Garda, in the Picedo area, in the Valtenesi area, a hilly area of morainic-glacial formation, southwest of the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Sincette is the dialect term used to call the “santelle”, votive capitals once very widespread in the countryside of the area, which were erected to invoke the protection of farmers and crops.

The products of Sincette
The History
In 1979, in Polpenazze del Garda, Giovanni Battista Brunori began the story of Sincette, transforming a rural building into the winery headquarters; alongside him is his son Ruggero Brunori. In 1992 Andrea Salvetti joined the Sincette project and initiated a winery restructuring aimed at respecting natural conditions and the landscape. In 1998 he began to approach the biodynamic method thanks to the meeting with Jacques Mell, pioneer of biodynamics in France. Sincette becomes the first certified biodynamic winery in Lombardy.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards enjoy excellent exposure, are well ventilated and benefit from the presence of the large lake. Raised using a simple Guyot system, with low yields that are not stressful for the plants. The winery is well equipped and the work is carried out with attention to naturalness and full respect for the processes, avoiding unnatural interventions.
