Škerk

The estate is located approximately 250 meters above sea level, three kilometers from the sea. The vineyards rest on red, stony soils rich in iron and limestone, and benefit from a mild and ventilated climate. In the vineyard and in the winery there is maximum craftsmanship together with extreme precision. The fermentations take place spontaneously in wooden vats thanks to indigenous yeasts and the macerations on the skins, although prolonged, are never excessive. Aging in oak barrels of different passages, which rest in the winery, a cave dug into the karst rock.
