Sylvie Augereau

Sylvie Augereau is a well-known name in the world of artisanal wines; journalist and writer in the sector, as well as organizer of “La Dive bouteille”, the famous natural wine fair held in the Loire, she has always dreamed of producing her own wine. In 2014 he inherited two hectares of vineyards in Anjou from his grandfather; old vines of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc that are the perfect opportunity he has always been waiting for. The processes are absolutely natural, biodynamic approach in the vineyard and spontaneous fermentations in the winery. Sylvie personally takes care of everything, from pruning to labeling.
