Gangi is a municipality in Palermo in the Alte Madonie, from where you can see the Mediterranean to the north and Etna to the east on the horizon; here the vine is grown at 1000 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated landscape that has remained unchanged over the centuries.

The History
In 2006 the Cicco family decided to restore the family vineyards, starting from Syrah, a variety that arrived in the area in the past through Persian pilgrims who passed through on their way to Santiago. In 2012, the first 1000 bottles of Syrah were produced, to which over time small productions of Grillo, Pinot Noir and Nerello Mascalese were added.
Terroir & Winery
On the seven hectares of vineyard land we work organically, respecting and safeguarding an uncontaminated territory; all activities in the vineyard and in the winery are carried out by limiting human intervention to a minimum, with spontaneous fermentations and without filtering or clarification.
