Tenuta San Leonardo

The soul of San Leonardo is linked to the history of the Guerrieri Gonzaga family, winemakers in San Leonardo since the 18th century, who are part of the fascinating centuries-old history of the estate. A first reorganization of the estate took place between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century thanks to the father of Marquis Carlo, a wine enthusiast. But Carlo is himself the first true winemaker of the family, who since the Seventies, as a lover of great wines, has been a protagonist in the history of quality wine in Trentino and among the pioneers of the Bordeaux blend in Italy. He also passed on his passion and love for vines and wine to his son Anselmo who today manages the winery.
