Tutti Frutti Ananas is a project born from the meeting between three winemakers: Joaquim Roque, Spanish winemaker from Domaine Carterole who takes care of the vineyards, Manuel Di Vecchi, Florentine winemaker from Vinyer de la Ruca who takes care of the winemaking and Josè Carvalho known as Zé, histrionic soul of La Cave des Nomades and former Portuguese musician, who dedicates himself to the commercial side. The winery is located in Banyuls sur Mer, on the slopes of the Eastern Pyrenees on the border with Spain, and gives life to artisanal wines produced in a completely natural way, with spontaneous fermentation and without the use of additives, which are joyfully drinkable.
