Ve d’Avior – Cati Ribot

A family winemaker who grew up on her parents’ farm on the island of Mallorca, Cati Ribot realized her dream in 2019 with the very personal project of Ve d’Avior, which aims to rediscover the ancient viticulture of the island through its native vines and traditional winemaking. The cultivation of the vineyards is organic and exploits the knowledge and techniques of biodynamic agriculture, while in the winery everything takes place in a natural way, without the use of elements other than the grapes and their transformations; only small doses of sulphites at bottling, where necessary.
