Vikevike

Just over four hectares of vineyards, located between 500 and 900 meters above sea level; the soils are granitic in nature, acidic and loose in structure, and give the wines a unique character. The Mamoiada area is the cradle of Cannonau, but Simone also grows Granatza, a rare white grape variety that has almost disappeared. The fermentations are spontaneous, without any type of addition, other than a minimal use of sulfur dioxide, and each parcel is vinified separately, depending on its specific characteristics.
