Vini Viti Vinci

Nicolas Vauthier was a pioneer in promoting artisanal wines in France. For over a decade he managed Aux Crieurs de Vin, a renowned wine bar in the heart of Troyes, which has become a point of reference for enthusiasts of the sector. However, the lure of wine pushes him to leave the management of the restaurant to dedicate himself to direct production. Thus was born Vini Viti Vinci, located in Avallon, in the northern part of Burgundy, not far from Chablis. Its plots are located in the municipalities of Chitry, Irancy and Épineuil, and are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. In the winery his approach is minimal, with interventions reduced to the essential, to respect the authentic expression of the terroir as much as possible.
