Weingut Fuchs und Hase

Born from the friendship between Martin and Anna Arndorfer and Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch, the Fuchs und Hase winery has dedicated itself exclusively to the production of wines refermented in the bottle, made with the native vines of the Kamptal. The work in the field and in the winery is completely natural; it is vinified with more or less prolonged macerations and refermentation in the bottle is obtained through the so-called ancestral method, i.e. bottling when the fermentation is not yet completed, so that the process is completed inside the bottle, thus creating the much-loved bubbles.
